Please Read: In order to receive an NBCC clock hour, you must attend the sessions live, sign in, and complete the assessment after the sessions. NBCC hours cannot be offered if you do not attend the session live, sign in, and complete the assessment. No refunds will be offered for missed sessions.

Q: Where do the sessions happen?
A: All sessions are live Zoom webinars.
Q: How do I join?
A: You will receive a link to join at the email address used at registration. Please use a personal email rather than a school email.
Q: Do I have to attend live?
A: Only if you want to earn NBCC credits. This is a requirement from NBCC.
Q: I can’t come at that time. Will there be a replay option?
A: Yes, the replay will be sent to all registered participants after the session. You cannot receive NBCC credit if you do not attend live, though.
Q: Is there a certificate of attendance?
A: Yes. If you are attending for NBCC credit, you will receive it after you submit the quiz (and only if you attended live). If you are not attending for NBCC credit, you’ll receive it after the session.
Q: What if you have an emergency/illness and have to reschedule?
A: I will communicate as soon as possible and reschedule for a later date/time.
Q: Can I get a discount if I register for all of the sessions?
A: Yes! If you register for all of the sessions using this option, you’ll get one session free.
