Friendship Classroom Guidance Lesson for Elementary School Counseling
This elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson introduces qualities of a supportive friendship! Students discuss their own ideas and then create a campfire craft to represent the qualities they value most in a friendship. Students go on a gallery walk to learn more about what the qualities their peers value in friendship and look for commonalities!
Includes lesson plan (objectives, outline/script, materials list, ASCA standards alignment, suggested process, perception, and outcome data), pre-test/post-test, ready-to-show PowerPoint friendship qualities, campfire craft, and objectives assessment checklist.
