I Feel Happy Counseling Activity: Happiness Lesson for Kindergarten Counseling
Kindergarten Happy Counseling Lesson - This happiness classroom counseling lesson plan will help students in grades K-1 understand what happiness is, why people feel happy, and easy ways to share their happiness with others! Students practice controlled breathing, picturing a happy place, and identify ways to share happiness with others using fun, movement-based activities and a song!
