Introduction to Conflict Counseling Lesson & SEL Activity - This conflict classroom counseling lesson plan will help students in grades 2-3 understand what conflict is. This is an introductory lesson in which students learn what conflict is (and isn't), share their opinions and beliefs about conflict, and brainstorm sources of conflict. This lesson does not cover conflict resolution strategies (that is covered in a later lesson in this unit). The activity offers lots of opportunities for peer interaction, collaboration, and discussion! Use this conflict counseling activity to start your conflict unit.
