Meet the Counselor Back to School Escape Room Cooperative Puzzle Activity
Are you looking for a fun, back to school activity to introduce the role of the school counselor?! Welcome your students to Counselor's Camp... but there's one problem: they're lost! They'll have to work together to solve puzzles about the counselor's role to find their way back to Counselor's Campground in this escape room style activity. Students will learn about what the counselor does and does not do, topics the counselor will teach, who the counselor is here to help, and more! This activity is sure to get your students up, moving, and engaged while learning more about what the couselor does! They will also have a chance to practice cooperative skills like communication and listening. Use this cooperation activity for small group counseling or classroom guidance lessons to help students understand what the school counselor does.
