Problem and Reaction Size Lessons: This 2-lesson set includes classroom guidance lessons on understanding the size of a problem and how a reaction can correspond to that. Through hands-on, movement-based activities, students learn about the size of problems using a bowling analogy. Then, they will practice identifying too small, too big, and just right reactions. After participating in these lessons, students will be able to label the size of a problem and be aware of appropriate responses to these problems. A supplemental sorting activity is included for extra practice! These lessons include interactive, cooperative activities to get your students engaged and growing!
