Test Prep Classroom Guidance Lesson for Elementary School Counseling
This elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson introduces students to 6 mini brain break strategies that they can use to give their brains a quick rest during a big test. Teach these 6 safari-themed brain breaks, and then give students a chance to practice them while completing a maze activity. Students identify 2 brain breaks that they think will work well for them and create a positive affirmation for test day.
