Friendship Activity Classroom Guidance Lesson with Digital/Paperless Activity
This elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson reviews qualities of great friends. Use a ready-to-show PowerPoint or Google (TM) Slides presentation and then choose 1 of 3 activities! Students complete a Google (TM) Slides sorting activity as a group using a digital projection board or individually on tablets to evaluate 30 scenarios as good friend/not good friend actions. If you do not have access to Google (TM) Slides, no problem! There is a printable handout for students to complete in small groups in a movement-based activity.
Includes lesson plan (objectives, outline/script, materials list, ASCA standards alignment, suggested process, perception, and outcome data measures), pre-test/post-tests, PowerPoint presentation, link to Google (TM) Slides activity, student handout, and objectives assessment checklist.
