Respect - Group Cohesion Classroom Guidance Lesson for School Counseling
This classroom guidance lesson encourages students to build a community of respect by sharing deeper, more meaningful things with one another and supporting one another in those moments. Students create a "Me Behind the Screen" page to share with the group and then participate in a share/support circle.
I use this lesson with 6th grade, but it is appropriate for grades 5-6. Includes lesson plan (objectives, outline, materials list, ASCA standards alignment), handout, poster, and objectives assessment checklist.
