This elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson introduces early elementary school students to situations in which they should tell their teacher and situations in which they should work it out on their own! Students meet Tell-odactyl, a dinosaur student who loves to tell the teacher what everyone else is doing. She learns about the times when she should tell and the times when she should try to work things out on her own! Students practice evaluating situations in a movement-based activity or with paddles.
