Kindergarten Sad Counseling Lesson - This sadness classroom counseling lesson plan will help students in grades K-1 understand what sadness is, why people feel sad, and easy strategies for managing sadness! Students learn sadness management strategies like controlled breathing, calm movement (yoga or stretching), affirmations, and talking it out using fun, movement-based activities and a song!
