How to use it:
With your small groups or individual counseling students, draw 2 cards. Find the object that is on both cards. Then, use the coping skills reference card to talk more about how the item can be used as a calming strategy or coping skill. Give students a chance to share about a time when they have used this skill in the past or a time when it might be helpful for them in the future.
