Kindergarten Frustration Counseling Lesson - This frustration classroom counseling lesson plan will help students in grades K-1 understand what frustration is, why people feel frustrated, and strategies for managing frustration. Students learn helpful strategies such as controlled breathing, asking a peer model for help, taking a break, trying new strategies, and more using fun, movement-based activities and a song!
