Kindergarten Worry Counseling Lesson - This worry classroom counseling lesson plan will help students in grades K-1 understand what worry is, why people feel worried, and easy strategies for managing worried! Students learn worry management controlled breathing and several grounding strategies using fun, movement-based activities and a song!
