Social Supports Lesson: Circle of Support Activity for Stress Management
Social Supports Activity: Help your students identify supportive people in their lives with this circle of support activity. Begin with an impactful warm up to help students find connections between themselves. Then, students will identify qualities of supportive people themselves or with the included scenario/qualities puzzles. Students can then identify the people in their own circles of support and color a mandala to show the qualities these people possess. This is perfect for a relationships classroom guidance lesson or small group counseling activity to promote positive relationships and social supports as a stress management strategy.
