Program Description

In this one-hour professional development webinar, school counselors will build a systematic framework for determining why interventions fail and for making targeted, evidence-based adaptations that get the plan moving again without starting over.

Rather than abandoning an intervention that doesn't appear to be working, participants will learn how to identify the underlying source of non-response and make intentional adjustments based on data and clinical decision-making. This session provides a practical process for evaluating intervention effectiveness, selecting appropriate adaptations, and communicating changes clearly with students, caregivers, and school staff. Participants will leave with a structured framework for responding confidently when progress stalls.
