Kindergarten Anger Counseling Lesson - This anger classroom counseling lesson plan will help students in grades K-1 understand what anger is, why people feel angry, and easy strategies for managing anger! Students learn anger management strategies like controlled breathing, safe exercise, modified progressive muscle relaxation, and creative outlets using fun, movement-based activities and a song!
