Career Cluster Community Helper Lap Book Set for Career Exploration
This career clusters lap book bundle includes 6 fun, interactive lap books for career education! Career clusters include: Health Sciences, Human Services, Communication Arts, Agricultural Sciences, Technical Sciences, and Business Services. Use this hands-on tool for career classroom guidance lessons or centers to explore community helpers and their interests, skills, and daily tasks.
Each lap book includes:
-List of careers within the cluster
-Common interests of a person in that cluster
-Common knowledge/skills beneficial for employment within the cluster
-Commonly used tools
-A short narrative about a day in the life of one community helper within the cluster
-A brief 10-question interest inventory for students to self-evaluate their interests for that particular cluster!
Use: I have a set of these made with each page element laminated for longevity. This also allows students to use a dry erase marker to take the self-assessment! I have used these for centers in classroom guidance and have also used them in individual counseling with students who are interested in learning more about the world of work!
