Students will identify stress relieving music, practice focused stretching or yoga sequences for kids, try cardio exercises, use laughter, create a gratitude art project, identify positive self-talk statements they can use when feeling stressed, consider healthy and unhealthy stress management strategies, and create a stress management plan.
